Within Ponsai's collaborative framework, we share duties with our partners to drive effective business strategies. In the Suspecting phase, we take on the tasks of customer selection and report preparation. Transitioning to the Prospecting phase, we engage in activities such as identifying key contacts and initiating initial calls to introduce value propositions. As we progress to Business Meetings, partners showcase their technical expertise and business values independently. Partners assume full responsibility for crafting detailed business proposals in response to customer RFQs. In the Objection Handling and Growth phases, we maintain an equal partnership, jointly addressing concerns and nurturing sustained business growth.

Phase - 1 : Ponsai holds 100% responsibility

  • Ponsai would identify the potential Customers for Partner
  • Ponsai would do the detailed validation of Customers and prepares the detailed report
  • Ponsai share the names of customers with Partner

Phase - 2 : Ponsai holds 100% responsibility

  • Ponsai would contact the decision maker at customer facility
  • Ponsai introduces its Partner and demonstrate their business and technical values
  • Ponsai identifies the Customer needs and challenges. And facilitate a meeting with Partner when the Customer is ready to take up the project.

Phase - 3 : Partner takes 100% responsibility

  • Ponsai kick-start the meeting & Customer share their requirement and readiness once again to the meeting audience
  • Partner introduce their company & share their technical expertise based on the needs of Customer.

Phase - 4 : Partner takes 100% responsibility

  • After Non-Disclosure Agreement NDA, Ponsai gets the scope of work (RFQ) to Partner for quotation
  • Based on the business needs Partner select the appropriate business model & Pricing
  • Partners prepares the detailed business proposal

Phase - 5 : Ponsai & Partner takes equal responsibility (50% each)

  • Ponsai would do the regular follow-up with Customer to understand the status of submitted proposal and discuss with customer to understand the bothering factors if any and share the details with Partner.
  • Ponsai and Partner would identify the ways and means to handle the objection & take necessary action.

Phase - 6 : Ponsai & Partner takes equal responsibility (50% each)

  • Ponsai gets the Purchase Order (PO) from Customer
  • Ponsai & its Partner work together to identify the potential areas of further growth

Ponsai collaborates with the technical and management team of its Partners to help them shape a better and more effective business strategy.

  • We take responsibility for performing activities from selecting suspected Customers to preparing a detailed report in the Suspecting phase.
  • We perform activities including identification of the right contact at the Customer facility, first call with a Customer, etc., to bring value proposition to the Partner in the Prospecting Phase.
  • Partners take complete responsibility in Business Meeting Phase by showcasing their technical capabilities, business values and understands Customer needs.
  • For the given RFQ from Customer, Partners prepares a detailed business proposal. Partner holds complete responsibility in Business Proposal Phase.
  • We share equal responsibility with our Partners in understanding the factors of concern in the Objection Handling and Growth Phase.
